Order Form

This season we are offering a limited number of Subscription Memberships. Members will receive a weekly box of fresh produce delivered to the drop site in Marquette or delivered right to your door at home. The season is expected to run 20 weeks from June 17th until October 28th.  The first box will arrive with the useful cookbook From Asparagus to Zucchini, and expected summer 2009 harvest calendar. 

We also offer:

  • Egg Share: You and your family can receive nutritious brown eggs for the 20 week season or for the entire year.
  • Flower Share: Twelve beautiful table bouquets throughout the season.
  • Greens Share: Receive at least two extra bunches of kale, chard, collards or lettuce in each weekly box.
  • Pesto Share: 5lbs basil and ½ lb garlic, available in July and Aug.
  • Salsa Share: New this year. Onions, Garlic, and two varieties of Peppers.
  • Canning Tomatoes
  • Dried Shiitake Mushrooms

Beginning in August, we offer the season's bounty of storage crops:

  • Beets For canning or storage
  • Cabbage Green and Red
  • Potatoes Red, White, & Yellow
  • Onions A yellow storage variety
  • Winter Squash 5+ varieties
  • Garlic German Silver
  • Carrots A good keeper

Pork & Beef Order Form


All of our meats are naturally raised.  You can be assured that our livestock is raised in a healthy and humane manner.  Antibiotics and growth hormones are never used.  All animals are grass fed outdoors in the fresh air and sunshine as nature intended.  We believe healthy soil produces healthy plants, and in turn healthy animals and people.

All of our beef and pork are available in limited quantities and will be sold on a first come first served basis. 

Grass Fed Beef

All our cattle are hardy breeds that thrive on pasture.  This season we have Scottish Highlander and Piedmontese steers.  They produce a nutritionally superior meat 3-5 times higher in omega 3 fatty acids and CLA (conjugated linoleic acid) than traditional beef.  The meat is extra lean and requires a bit more care in preparation.  The result is worth it.

We are offering Grass Fed Beef by the half, split half, or whole.  Expected hanging weight is approximately 500 lbs. and will be processed to your specifications.  Price includes processing and packaging.   Sausage and hamburger patties are extra.  Specific processing requests will be handled as soon as you place your order.

Pasture Raised Pork

Our pigs are raised outside with an expanse of fresh growing food and fresh air.  They help recycle culled vegetables from our fields and are supplemented with grains, organic minerals, and kelp.  We are offering our pasture raised pork by the half, quarter, or whole.   Expected hanging weight is approximately 200 pounds. 

Price includes all processing and packaging.  Smoking, sausage, and Bratwurst are an extra charge.  Specific processing requests will be handled as soon as you place your order.
